Composed of 20 precisely arranged pieces of specialty mirror and glass, the 9″ Tesseract offers a concentrated glimpse into the hidden geometry of higher dimensions. This infinity mirror sculpture materializes the concept of a four-dimensional cube projected into three-dimensional space, creating a recursive field of light that folds endlessly inward. Each reflection becomes a portal — a suggestion of dimensions beyond perception, where space and awareness begin to merge.
Created by Nicky Alice, the first and only artist to bring the Tesseract into physical form (first realized in 2018), each piece is handcrafted using artist-designed, patent-pending mirror systems and specialty glass.
From the exterior, it presents as a perfect cube. Internally, it opens into infinite depth — a luminous structure that appears to extend beyond physical space.
